Norwegian Cruise Line’s iConcierge smart phone application is now available onboard the line’s latest ship Norwegian Getaway.

Previously activated onboard Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Epic, the Norwegian iConcierge application uses the ship’s guest wi-fi network and Allin Interactive’s DigiMobile platform to provide guests with interactive access to onboard information and service systems during their cruise.

“Norwegian iConcierge app has been extremely popular among guests on Norwegian Epic and Norwegian Breakaway,” said Kevin Sheehan, Norwegian’s CEO. “We are excited that those sailing on Miami’s Ultimate Ship can now take advantage of all of the features included in this incredible technology.”

After downloading the free app, passengers can use smart phones to make shore excursion, box office and dining reservations; view the ship’s Freestyle Daily activity guide; and review their folio activity. In addition, passengers who have smart phones with session initiation protocol capabilities can use Norwegian iConcierge can be used to send other guests unlimited calls and messages while onboard for a nominal fee. The Norwegian iConcierge app also features new ship-to-shore and shore-to-ship calling capabilities using a dedicated number.
