2 3 Avalon View AmaDahlia Designed to enable passengers to enjoy river scenery at a leisurely pace, Avalon Waterways’ Avalon View will boast two decks of Panorama Suites with floor- to-ceiling windows for uninterrupted vistas. The ship will also have the cruise line’s 11-feet-wide, open-air balconies, which blur the line between outside and inside by forming a comfortable and spacious seating area for guests without compromising suite space. “Travellers wanting to see the world need only cruise down its legendary rivers,” said Pam Hoffee, managing director of Avalon Waterways. “Beyond Avalon’s wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows is a world waiting to be explored.” Designed to accommodate only 68 guests, AmaWaterways’ 25th river cruise ship AmaDahlia will feature 34 luxurious staterooms, 24 of which are spacious balcony suites measuring up to 430 square feet. Onboard amenities include a sun deck bar and swimming pool, fitness room, hair and nail salon, two massage rooms and two restaurants. The ship is scheduled for launch in September 2021. “Everything about this new ship reflects AmaWaterways’ focus on delivering luxurious accommodations, delectable cuisine and enriching experiences,” said Rudi Schreiner, president and co-founder of AmaWaterways.
