Oceania Cruises has introduced new plant-based dishes to its menu.
The new menu comes as part of the line’s OceaniaNEXT enhancement programme and includes over 200 new healthy options. The plant-based offerings will be available in The Grand Dining Room and Terrace Café, and guests will also be able to request them during dinner service in the ship’s speciality restaurants.
“These new plant-based options are flavourful, colourful, bold and creative,” said Bob Binder, president and CEO of Oceania Cruises. “Our hallmark finest cuisine at sea now provides an innovative and appealing menu of choices that reflect our guests’ evolving palates and heightened focus on wellness while balancing our more decadent and extravagant dishes.”
The plant-based offerings complement the line’s existing vegetarian and Canyon Ranch Healthy Living options and were developed by Oceania Cruises’ culinary team and world-renowned chef Christophe Berg. The range includes Italian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, Italian, Malaysian cuisines and more.
In addition to the new meal options, guests can also get cold-pressed juices and vegan smoothies at The Raw Juice and Smoothie on the pool deck between 7am and 11am.
