The 2022 edition of Nor-Shipping will take place from 4-7 April 2022. Held every two years, the conference will be focused on the theme of taking positive action within the ocean space. The event week is based around Norges Varemesse’s 22,500-square-foot exhibition halls in Lillestrøm, Norway, with seminars, panel debates, conferences and social gatherings taking place both there and in nearby Oslo.

Nor-Shipping provides a chance for Norwegian and international companies to showcase the innovations that deliver competitive advantage for their customers – driving new efficiencies, improving processes and enhancing performance. in 2019 the event welcomed over 50,000 international participants, and around 900 exhibitors from almost 50 countries, allowing decision makers from across the world to connect, collaborate and do deals to unlock new business opportunities

The central programme at the event, the Ocean Leadership Conference, will feature a broad range of global leaders, from a diverse array of business, political, academic and regulatory backgrounds to deliver valuable takeaways across the board. This is intended to enable a joined-up approach to the development of the shipping industry, accessing minds and insights from relevant fields of expertise to plan the most sustainable path forwards.
