Villeroy & Boch, which supplies tableware to the cruise and ferry industry, has introduced its latest tableware collections Artesano Professionale and Artesano Barista.

Developed using white premium porcelain and organic materials, the Artesano Professionale collection comprises hexagonal plates designed for use with salads and tapas and tiered trays made from acacia wood and slate.

Meanwhile, the Artesano Barista collection has been designed for use by baristas. The range includes stackable cups in various sizes, heat- and cold-resistant borosilicate glassware that can be used for latte macchiatos or chai lattes, and a glass teapot with a stainless steel strainer. It also includes large mugs made from premium porcelain or glass.

“2015 is going to be an exciting year for us with the launch of Artesano Professionale and Artesano Barista,” said Nick Green, national sales and marketing manager of Villeroy & Boch Hotel & Restaurant. “The simple and authentic design of Artesano creates scope for stylish yet relaxed culinary presentation, providing a platform for creative interpretation.”
