Viking Line’s Viking XPRS welcomed its 15 millionth passenger on 15 November, just eight years after she launched on the route between Finland and Estonia.

Viking XPRS sails two crossings between Helsinki, Finland and Tallinn, Estonia per day. The record passenger received a gift card for a second cruise in a luxury cabin, as well as champagne, a celebratory lunch and a limousine tour of Tallinn.

“15 million passengers is an impressive performance for a ship, especially since that figure was reached in just eight years,” said Jaakko Ahti, route manager at Viking Line. “Experiences – entertainment, shopping and restaurants – are also needed on short routes. The Viking XPRS offers passengers quick service to Tallinn, as well as a pleasant, interesting way to travel.”
