Seabourn Cruise Line’s Seabourn Sojourn is to offer new Extended Explorations voyages that will visit 30 new ports between winter 2018 and spring 2019.

The Extended Explorations voyages will include itineraries ranging from 12 to 128 days in length, which explore destinations such as Polynesia, Fiji, the South Pacific, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Southeast Asia.

All itineraries feature extended stays and overnights in select marquee ports, as well as optional mid-cruise Seabourn Journeys packages so guests can spend time onshore. The Extended Explorations can be combined with other sailings.

“Each Seabourn itinerary is designed to provide a world-class luxury experience and some travellers prefer a longer, relaxed cruising schedule to explore some very interesting parts of the world in-depth,” said Chris Austin, senior vice president of global marketing and sales for Seabourn. “Each of these voyages shows the travel professional and their clients our ongoing dedication to providing memorable experiences in noteworthy destinations that are rich in culture.”

Onboard the ship, Seabourn’s chefs will create menus featuring regional dishes and regional guest chefs will design special dinner menus and host cooking demonstrations. In addition, guests will be able to participate in onboard events that celebrate different local cultures, and hear from expert speakers and well-known personalities as part of the Seabourn Conversations enrichment programme.
