Guests sailing on Princess Cruises’ Sea Princess helped Le Havre to celebrate their 500th anniversary during the Giants of the Royal de Luxe Parade on 9 July.

Starting on 7 July, the event saw theatre company Royal de Luxe parading its famous giant marionettes through the French city’s streets and performing several shows over three days. A total of 650,000 people attended the event.

On 9 July, Sea Princess’ guests joined locals and tourists to watch as the marionettes departed by sea to mark the end of the parade.
