Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) is to introduce a new Seven Seas Wellness programme on Seven Seas Voyager this summer.

To debut on Seven Seas Voyager’s Mediterranean cruises from May to September, the new experience pairs a collection of wellness-themed excursions with a curated selection of signature Canyon Ranch SpaClub services. It allows guests to create their own individualised wellness programme.

Guests can choose from more than 10 wellness-themed excursions. Highlights include a Tai Chi class at the Pharo Palace in Marseilles, France; a visit to the restorative hydrothermal pools of the Stufe di Nerone Baths in Sorrento, Italy; and a chance to make their own perfume at the Museum of Palazzo Mocenigo in Venice, Italy. Meanwhile, in Athens, Greece, guests can head to the hydrothermal, mineral waters of Vouliagmeni Lake and then take a spiritual yoga session in a secluded spot on Faskomilia Hill.

To complete the wellness experience, guests can then select one of five, 50-minute Canyon Ranch spa services. These inlcude: World of Relief Body Buff, Tangle Me Up Wrap, Ocean Scrub, Sole Rejuvenation, and Vitamin Infusion Facial.

“This new initiative on RSSC allows us to showcase the holistic lifestyle that Canyon Ranch embodies to likeminded luxury travellers around the world, both on land and at sea,” said Kathleen Shea, chief marketing officer at Canyon Ranch. “As an ever-evolving brand based on intentions, we are constantly working to further our mission for transformative wellness.”

RSSC has also expanded the breakfast bar at the Pool Grill to offer more healthy items, such as low-fat yoghurt, homemade muesli, nuts, fresh fruits sliced and more. At dinner, guests can opt for nutritious Canyon Ranch Balanced Selection appetisers, entrees and desserts.

“For many of our guests, the pursuit of wellbeing is an essential part of a life well-lived,” said Jason Montague, president and CEO of RSSC. “From eating right and exercising to practicing ways to reduce stress and experience moments that uplift the spirit, wellness is quickly becoming the ultimate luxury.”
