Princess Cruises is to offer three world cruises from Australia in 2017.

Princess pioneered world cruises from Australia in 2008 and remains the only cruise line to offer Australians the opportunity to enjoy a world cruise roundtrip from their home country.

Departing Sydney on 11 January 2017, Sea Princess will sail her inaugural circumnavigation of South America. During the 84-night cruise, the ship will take guests to 28 ports in 18 countries, including Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador and Uruguay. The roundtrip voyage is also available from Auckland and Brisbane.

Sea Princess will offer a second overseas experience in May, operating a 104-night world cruise, which will be the first voyage from Australia to visit the Arctic Circle. Setting sail from Sydney on 20 May, the ship will call at 39 ports in 26 countries. Cruising via the Middle East to Europe and the UK, Sea Princess will call at Gravdal in the Lofoten Islands, Tromso and Honningsvag in Norway, and Akureyri in Iceland, before visiting North and South America and the Pacific islands.

Princess Cruises’ 2,600-guest Golden Princess will also be the largest ship to ever offer a world cruise from Australia in May. She will depart Sydney on 19 May for a 75-night ‘Circle Pacific’ itinerary to China, Japan, Alaska, Vancouver on Canada Day, San Francisco for 4 July fireworks, Los Angeles, San Diego, Hawaii and Tahiti.
