Norwegian Cruise Line is to introduce enhanced à la carte dining at its signature speciality restaurants on Norwegian Escape when she debuts this October.

Guests on Norwegian Escape will be able to dine in 11 complimentary venues, or in the line’s speciality restaurants – La Cucina, Le Bistro, Cagney’s Steakhouse and the new Bayamo by James Beard Award-winning chef Jose Garces – on an à la carte basis. Each of the speciaility restaurants will offer enhanced menus with per-item pricing to allow guests to choose how many courses they would like to eat.

The Norwegian Specialty Dining Package will enable guests to dine at La Cucina, Le Bistro and Cagney’s Steakhouse at no additional charge, or in Bayamo by Jose Garces for an additional fee of US$15.

Meanwhile, Ocean Blue on Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Getaway will also offer à la carte options from 3 October and the new à la carte dining option will be available fleetwide from 1 January 2016.

Other entertainment dining across the fleet, including Cirque Dreams & Dinner and The Illusionarium, will remain at a cover charge.
