Norwegian Cruise Line has launched its Cruise Norwegian app fleetwide to enhance the guest experience.

Initially launched in late 2017 on Norwegian Sky, the Cruise Norwegian app is now available on all 16 of the fleet’s ships and is available in English with additional language capabilities to follow.

When connected to a ship’s wi-fi, the app offers a fast connection to enable guests to make reservations, book last-minute excursions, view ship activities, send messages and make unlimited onboard calls.

Guests can also use the app to track their onboard purchases, as well as to access disembarkation information such as immigration and ‘Easy Walk-off’ details. The app also shows Norwegian's Cruise Next programme and passengers’ onboard tier benefits.

“We want to do everything we can to make our guests’ vacations as enjoyable and relaxing as possible,” said Andy Stuart, president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line. “Our Cruise Norwegian App, which is now available fleetwide, provides them with the freedom and flexibility to do just that.”
