Passenger shipping operators need a reliable system that automates payroll and human resources management, particularly for onboard crew. Adonis provides an off-the-shelf solution with built-in functionality that has been developed over many years to meet these needs. The system can also be configured to fit each customer’s individual requirements, providing them with workflows that reduce manual labour for shipboard administration and reduce the need for third-party tools.

Although Adonis’s team always adjusts the way it works according to the size, requirements and available resources of each customer, the company takes a systematic approach to implementing its payroll and human resources management solution.

Typically, implementation projects are divided into clearly defined project phases, defining formal triggers, milestones and deadlines for each stage. In the initial phase, Adonis collaborates with customer specialists analyse existing work processes to identify any gaps and map out a plan to configure the new Adonis system and integrate it with any necessary third-party systems. Adonis and customer specialists also collaborate in application domain areas.

Adonis uses online project management tools for planning and reporting, sharing calendars and scheduling meetings, and more, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers throughout the project implementation.
