Interferry will host the 42nd Annual Interferry Conference in the Adriatic seaside city of Split, Croatia from 7-11 October 2017. The Speakers Program will take place on 9 and 10 October.

The main theme of the conference is customer service, which will be discussed both from a physical delivery point of view and an IT perspective – including social media, internet and e-commerce. Secondary themes include new technology for ships and terminals, as well as safety.

Keynote speakers will include David Rowan, editor-at-large for Wired UK; Brent Perry, CEO of PBES; Markku Mylly, executive director of EMSA; and John Wright, CEO of WrightWay Training.

The 2017 Interferry Conference in Split is expected to be Interferry’s largest to date with around 400 international delegates attending, half of whom are expected to come from Europe. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
