River cruise company French America Line has become a Regional Member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).

Like CLIA’s other 62 cruise line members, French America Line now has access to thousands of CLIA Travel Agency and Agent Members, as well as the opportunity to tap the vast marketing, promotional and event activities across CLIA’s European offices.

“We are pleased to have French America Line join our cruise community, and look forward to helping connect the company with the travel agent community,” said Cindy D’Aoust, president and CEO of CLIA. “Its participation with CLIA helps to advance our goal to represent the entire cruise community and unify our industry.”

To officially launch with its 150-passenger flagship Louisiane on 30 September 2016, the new US-based French America Line will sail five- to 10-day itineraries on the Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee, Cumberland and Red rivers in the US.
