Disney Cruise Line is to bring Star Wars to sea onboard Disney Fantasy in 2017.

Star Wars Day at Sea will be offered during 15 seven-night cruises onboard Disney Fantasy, which will sail from Port Canaveral, US. The day-long events programme will include a costume celebration in the ship’s atrium, meet-and-greet opportunities with characters, Star Wars-themed family and youth activities, unique food and beverage offerings, and special merchandise. The day will culminate in a deck party with games, fireworks and theme music from Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

Activity highlights will include Padawan Mind Challenge, Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple where children can learn Jedi skills, and Star Wars Saga: Tales from a Galaxy Far, Far Away, an interactive show featuring retelling of Star Wars stories.

In addition, guests will be able to watch all seven films in the Star Wars saga, including the latest instalment Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The line will also show episodes of the new Disney XD animated series, Star Wars Rebels.
