Carnival Cruise Line is to offer its largest number of Australia cruises ever in the 2018-2019 season.

In 2018-2019, Carnival will offer more than 70 sailings from Sydney and Melbourne, including a record 19 short local cruises. The line will also provide 43 longer cruises to islands in the South Pacific and New Zealand.

Destination highlights on the cruises will include Mare, Isle of Pines, Lifou and Noumea in the South Pacific, as well as Singapore, Bali, Koh Samui and Phuket in Thailand, and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

"From Hobart to Ho Chi Minh City, Carnival will be dialling up the fun in 2018-2019,” said Jennifer Vandekreeke, vice president of Carnival Australia. “We've got a record number of options on offer and with cruises from Asia to New Zealand, the Pacific and more short breaks than ever before – there will be something for every fun seeker in this programme. We're thrilled that so many Australians are choosing to holiday with Carnival and that we can offer enticing new destinations to our new and repeat guests.”

Both Carnival's Australia-based ships, Carnival Spirit and Carnival Legend, will enter dry dock in May 2018 before beginning the season.
