Carnival Cruise Line’s Carnival Spirit has embarked on a 19-day cruise from Sydney, Australia to Singapore, where she will undergo a dry dock later this month.

The 2,100-passenger Carnival Spirit will be fitted with a range of family friendly entertainment features and new venues for children. Highlights will include an arts and crafts area called SoulPlay and a Warehouse Arcade space for teenagers.

The refurbishment will also include general improvements in the guest staterooms, decor and fittings throughout the ship.

Carnival Spirit will return to service with a 19-day Singapore to Sydney cruise, departing on 6 June 2018. This cruise will sail to some of Carnival’s rare ports of call such as Phuket in Thailand; Benoa in Bali; and Darwin and Airlie Beach in Australia.

For the remainder of 2018, Carnival Spirit will sail from Sydney to destinations such as New Caledonia, Vanuatu and Moreton Island.
