Azamara Club Cruises has added four new sailings to its line-up of Cuba voyages for 2018.

Guests can now choose from six Cuban itineraries between 20 November 2017 and March 2018. Departing from Miami in Florida, US, the sailings feature overnights in Cuba’s capital Havana, as well as visits to two maiden ports of call. These include the UNESCO World Heritage Centre of Cinefuegos – also known as La Perla del Sur (Pearl of the South) – and Santiago de Cuba, dubbed Cuba’s cultural capital.

“Interest in travelling to Cuba from both new and loyal guests is undeniable,” said Larry Pimentel, president and CEO of Azamara Club Cruises. “Destination Immersion is the heartbeat of our brand, so naturally we wanted to deliver authentic experiences in Cuba - from new ports to unique land discovery offerings – that truly bring the country’s rich history, culture and people to life.”

Azamara has created several shore excursions, including a visit to the open-air Tropicana Cabaret, a tour of the Nelson Dominguez art gallery, a tour of Havana by classic car along the Malecón waterfront, and a visit to Hemingway’s Havana. Overnights will enable guests to head to local salsa clubs, try traditional cuisine and much more.
