Silversea ship to undergo second renovation phase in Panama
Refit for Silver Galapagos

Silversea Expeditions’ all-suite Silver Galapagos is to undergo a second phase of refurbishment during a month-long drydock in Panama this September.

Last year, the 100-guest ship was fitted with in-suite bathrooms, a new fitness centre, massage room, beauty salon, outdoor Jacuzzi, and The Grill, Silversea’s signature outdoor dining venue.

This September the ship’s suites, corridors and the Explorer Lounge will all be renovated, while a new blue and beige colour palette will ensure the ship’s interior décor reflects the recently refurbished Silver Discoverer.

Silver Galapagos sails weekly seven-day cruises to the Galápagos Islands, following either a western or north central route. Guests can enjoy a range of complimentary onshore expeditions guided by an experienced expedition team and see native wildlife including giant tortoises, blue- and red-footed boobies, marine iguanas, sea lions, penguins and Darwin's famous finches.
